Master of Political Science, graduate of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, author of several publications on the phenomenon of Euromaidan, local self-government, the development of the institution of the President of France and the processes of decentralization in Ukraine and France. In the past, the village head and respresentative of the local council which explains that the area of his interest and direction is local self government and promoting the reform of decentralization of authority in Ukraine.
