Qualitative stages describing the most crucial changes have been singled out. The author explicates the impact of the annexation of the Crimea and warfare in particular areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions on Ukrainian citizens\u2019 attitude towards Russia and the USSR\u2019s historical legacy.
