The researcher examined theoretical, methodological and empirical results that variously describe the fullness and the essence of the concept of \u201cgovernment stability\u201d. For this the author analyzed the essence of the notions of \u201cgovernment,\u201d \u201cgovernmental cabinet\u201d, \u201ccabinet of ministers\u201d and \u201cstability\u201d.
