It is stated that minority governments in this context considerably differ from majority governments, and therefore they are formed, functioning and responsible within the specific logics. The researcher found that party and ideological determinants and particularities of minority governments\u2019 positioning are peculiar \u201cmotivators\u201d or \u201csafeguards\u201d of minority governments, since they define and identify different strategies for the formation or non-formation of minority governments, according to which minority governments operate.
