ABSTRACT:
The article deals with the events of the «velvet revolution» of 1989, which became prominent in the formation of the Czech Republic’s home and foreign policy, as well as it has been analyzed the role of the Czech Republic in the events that took place in Ukraine in Kyiv in late 2013 – beginning 2014.
